Frequently Asked Questions
How long will it take to get my order?
We aim to get orders that are from our stock range out to our customers within 5 working days from order.
Custom Flags take 14 days from the order cut off point (Normally a Friday) providing the artwork for the flag has been signed off prior to this.
Custom sportswear items will take 4 weeks from final sign off.
- Deliveries will be made by Royal Mail Special Delivery, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays. The cost of delivery will be dependant on the weight of your goods, please note that the minimum delivery price will be £9.95
- Delivery charges for Orders dispatched within the United Kingdom are inclusive of VAT and include all costs related to the shipping of order to the requested address.
Do you accept orders outside of the UK?
- Yes we ship worldwide.
Refund Policy
- We accept returns on all unworn, non-personalised items within 30 Days
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
All items containing a team/school badge or emblem are classed as personalised, and are non-returnable – with this in mind, please check you are ordering the correct size product before ordering.
Returns
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@cavemandesignz.co.uk or call 01501515005 . If your return is accepted, well send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages & issues
Whilst every care is taken to ensure that your order is correct when it leaves us, we appreciate that mistakes can happen. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can correct any issues as quickly as possible.
What Payment methods do you accept
We accept payment in the following forms- by debit or credit cards, or BACS transfer.
You can choose to pay online or if you wish to call us with your debit/credit card details we are happy to take payment over the phone.
If paying by Bacs please email us a copy of the transaction to avoid any delays to your order.
We expect payment in full on placement of order. No Orders will be made prior to payment.
